I had a friend alert me to this post! I have some suggestions. I just started making comics this year on my substack. The substack called The Gutter [ https://thecomicsgutter.substack.com/ ] is a great place to submit and see new artists. And finally there's a podcast series about making comics that's got a lot of energy and is super encouraging called "The Terrible Anvil" which is on the Sequential Artists' Workshop (SAW) substack [https://sawcomics.substack.com/ ] .
What an amazing list! Thank you for this, i'm excited to find more artist's substacks!
I'd like to humbly suggest my newsletter for your consideration in the last category! I'm chronicling my journey as an author and illustrator working on a graphic novel - doodling my way through all the creative journet! https://authorstrator.substack.com/
Thanks for sharing! Been looking for more cartoonists to connect with and check out their stuff. Definitely recognize a number of people on the list!
I would like to suggest my substack for your list as well, where I have been publishing a psychological comic called Processing as well as a new series called STEPPERS about political resistance. Appreciate your consideration!
Wow! What a great list! I'm grateful to thought of among all of these comics luminaries! I'm especially happy that you tagging me led me to finding your great Substack so I can subscribe!
I’d like to humbly submit my comic for consideration. I’ve been drawing a daily autobio comic for close to 9 years now and moved them over to Substack a few months ago.
Also, what wonderful list. I knew some of the authors, but it’s exciting to read even more!
Subjects such as: Psychotic Victorian housecats stage mutinous uprising against their slatternly mistress. And: No-Touch Sanitary Smart Trash Can develops a will of its own

So great that you’re putting this together. Substack needs directories like this. Thanks.
Such a great list. I'm honored to be included!
Thanks for making your work! It’s lovely.
So much to check out; I can’t wait! Would The Habit of Art fit this category? https://open.substack.com/pub/kelceyervick

Thank you, Krissy & Cara!
I'd also like to suggest Rob Russell's How to Draw with RJR!

Hello! I just started running a new Roman mythos comic on my substack: https://abrian.substack.com
Would love to be added to the directory, if you're still updating it!
I'm not currently updating it at this point--but I might do an update later this year or early next year. Congrats on getting a new substack going :)
I really need something like this, but in Spanish. Thanks for sharing.
I hope you find it or make it ☺️
Thank you! Excited to explore this wonderful list!
Thanks! I’ll look these up.
Great list, I can't wait to dig into it! I also make indie comics, they're free here on Substack: https://roseannethorne.substack.com/
